About Us

Black Arrow Cycles is owned and run by an avid cyclist and Kitchener resident. Jesse has spent 20 years working as a cycling advocate, commuting by bicycle, wrenching bikes, touring across Canada, and riding Waterloo region’s roads, trails and single track.

Our team also includes several professionally trained and certified bike mechanics. All have years of experience under their belts, and a lot of miles under their tires. We look forward to doing whatever we can to help you enjoy your ride!
